1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern the Android edition of Airport Sprint, package com.browte.airportsprint, published by BrowTe Investments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the version 9 purchase features (0.6.0-billing-rc2).

These terms apply only to Airport Sprint. They do not change the terms of Acqora, government-contracting services or other BrowTe products. Google Play’s terms also apply to your store account and transactions. Our Airport Sprint Privacy Policy explains information handling.

Airport Sprint is intended for ages 13 and up. If your local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission to use the game or make purchases, obtain that permission. You must be authorized to use the Google Play account and payment method used for a purchase.

2. Free gameplay

You can play without buying anything or creating a BrowTe account. Free play uses a five-life balance, timed life recovery and earned chapter rewards. Flight progression, scores, achievements and settings are saved locally on your device.

We permit you to use the game for personal entertainment subject to these terms and applicable law. A purchase grants the described in-game benefit; it does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property.

3. Optional in-app purchases

Five-life refill — $2.99 USD

A refill is a consumable, one-use benefit that restores your balance to the normal maximum of five lives. It does not add five lives above that maximum. If your balance is already full when the refill arrives, it is saved for use after you spend a life. You may purchase another refill after the previous transaction is processed.

Airport Sprint Premium — $12.99 USD

Premium is a permanent, non-consumable entitlement to unlimited lives, purchased once. It is not a subscription and has no recurring renewal charge. Premium keeps normal earned flight progression; it does not automatically unlock all flights, award scores, stars or achievements.

Premium remains associated with a valid Google Play purchase and can be restored after verification, subject to refunds or purchase revocation. Premium verification requires an internet connection.

Prices and purchase confirmation

The amounts above are the current USD prices. Google Play displays the applicable localized price, currency, taxes and purchase conditions before you confirm. Review that checkout display before authorizing payment. Future price changes do not retroactively change a completed purchase.

4. Payment and fulfillment

Google Play Billing processes transactions. BrowTe does not collect your full payment-card number or bank credentials through the game. Our Google Cloud service verifies the purchase with Google before delivering benefits and records delivery to prevent duplicates.

A pending, declined or canceled transaction does not grant a paid benefit. A successful payment may still need online verification before the benefit appears. If checkout is interrupted or connectivity is lost, reconnect and use Restore purchases. Contact us if a confirmed purchase remains unavailable; do not repeatedly buy the same item just to retry delivery.

Replaying a notification or restoring the same purchase does not grant an additional refill. A valid new purchase is required for another consumable refill.

5. Restoration and local data

Use the same Google Play account and Restore purchases to recover a valid Premium entitlement after reinstalling. No BrowTe signup or repeat purchase is required. Pending or unconsumed purchases may also be recovered when Google supplies a valid purchase and verification succeeds.

Delivered consumable refills, including locally saved refills, and gameplay progress do not restore after you clear app data or uninstall the game and remove its data. Restoration does not recreate spent lives, scores or local save files. Preserve your app data if you want to keep that progress.

Purchase restoration is not a cloud gameplay-backup service. Availability can depend on your Google Play account, valid purchase records, network access and the verification service.

6. Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel checkout before completing a purchase. For a completed or pending transaction, use the applicable Google Play refund and purchase-support procedures, or contact contact@browte.com for help. Eligibility and available remedies depend on the transaction, Google Play’s procedures and applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.

If Google reports a refund or revocation, the game may remove Premium or unused refill benefits associated with that transaction after an online check. Already played gameplay is not undone, and refund handling does not create a negative life balance or an extra refill.

Uninstalling the game or deleting local data does not itself request a refund. Premium is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

7. Online purchase verification and availability

Free gameplay can work offline. Purchases, restoration, refund updates and Premium verification depend on Google Play, internet access and our verification service. An interruption may delay verification or availability of paid benefits. Follow the game’s reconnect or restore instructions, or contact support.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or future platform change. If a service problem affects a paid benefit, contact us for assistance. This does not limit any remedy you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Fair use

Do not submit forged purchase records, exploit duplicate-delivery behavior, interfere with the verification service or use the game for unlawful activity. Technical protections may reject invalid, duplicate or revoked purchases. If you believe a legitimate purchase has been rejected, contact support so it can be reviewed.

9. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, refund or withdrawal rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory right that applies to you, that right prevails.

These terms do not require you to give up access to a court or a consumer-protection authority. Contacting support is an available way to seek help, not a condition that overrides your legal remedies.

10. Changes and support

We may update these terms when the game or purchase practices change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. An update does not remove rights that applicable law protects for an earlier purchase.

For purchase support, include a description of the issue and, if available, the Google Play order reference. Do not send passwords, private purchase-session credentials, raw purchase tokens or full card/bank details.
